Having served twenty-two years in the armed forces of the United States and served as the lead project engineer / Contracting Officer representative for the 2nd largest Veterans Healthcare Facility in the United States Mr. Hamilton possesses the necessary skills to manage and supervise the day to day operations of ENAPAY.  In addition, he develops, plans, implements and evaluates the organization’s performance for each fiscal year as well as evaluation and  negotiations on all contractual issues.  His experience allows him to implement both short- and long-term strategic goals that are measurable and obtainable, to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company and provide and conduct market research for the company on a continual basis.

Having operated his own architectural firm for over thirty years, Mr. Stephens has the breadth of experience and knowledge to help manage ENAPAY’s strategic shortterm and longterm goals while not losing focus of the details.As the firm’s architect, Mr. Stephens is responsible for managing client expectations throughout the design process and directing the architectural / engineering teams.
