ENAPAY, being a SDVOSB is sensitive to and aware of the challenges that both the civilian and veteran disabled communities face daily.  We strive to ensure that all the facilities that we design or renovate comply with current ADA | TAS standards as put forth by the Department of Justice.

ENAPAY has provided architectural and interior design services for federal and county governments, public and private healthcare providers and academic institutions.

ENAPAY has the necessary skills and training to manage the Owners project from conception through project completion and occupancy. This involves project planning, budgetary management, quality management, contract administration and safety management.

ENAPAY’S collaborative team spirit allows us to serve as either the concept design architect or as an integral member of the Design-Build team.  Having worked successfully with client lead Construction | Program Managers we believe that our wealth of professional experiences can only enhance this alternate delivery process.

ENAPAY working with its team of professional geotechnical, force protection, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers and our skilled-trade contractors such as fire protection, industrial hygienists and information technology allow us to analyze the condition of a facility in terms of age, design, construction methods and materials.

ENAPAY’S CEO has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Quality Engineering | Engineering Management and is fully capable of leading this synergized management process focusing on the elimination of waste to improve the quality of process within organizations.

ENAPAY utilizes the latest digital technologies thereby increasing or ability to collaborate with our design team members, communicate with our clients and resolve design issues expeditiously.  We use Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology for all of our design and technical production.

ENAPAY and its consultants provides maintenance, inspections, and testing of facility fire alarms, fire sprinklers, fire pumps, fire hydrants and fire alarm monitoring and other services as specified for the entire North Texas Veterans Affairs Administration Hospitals, to include the TR houses located in Dallas and Bonham Texas.

ENAPAY and its consultants provides Copper Cable and Fiber Optic Cable Distribution Systems for the entire North Texas Veterans Affairs Administration hospitals. Installation includes installing horizontal station and vertical cable  to support voice and data end user equipment. The cable distribution system architecture is the latest technology design for category 6 horizontal station wiring.

ENAPAY and its consultants provides bulk and air sampling for positive identification of ACE (asbestos-contaminated elements), ACM (Asbestos Containing Material), mold and lead sampling, equipment, and supervision for Industrial Hygiene (IH) Services required for Asbestos-Contaminated Elements (ACE) and Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) abatement work in accordance with the Veterans Affairs (VA) Master Specifications for the entire North Texas Veterans Affairs Administration hospitals. Other services includes performing the final inspection and  testing to determine whether the regulated area or building has been adequately decontaminated, and all air monitoring is to be done utilizing PCM (Point Count Method)/TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy).

ENAPAY and its consultants provides Life Safety

by performing audits that ensure healthcare facilities are in compliance with the following agencies:
